    B2BDirect offers secure online shopping using current standards for encrypted transmission of data.  B2BDirect has a current security certificate installed on our web server.  You can tell you are shopping in a secure environment by:

    • Viewing the web site address: The web site address should begin with "https://"
    • Your browser (IE and Netscape) will display a "padlock" on the bottom right or left of your browser. 

    PAYMENT TERMS

    • B2B Direct accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express.  Credit card orders may be placed online or by fax (303-684-8726) or phone (800-443-9343).
    • Payment terms for approved domestic accounts are NET 30 days.  Call 800-443-9343 for approval. 

    UPDATES/CHANGES

    Due to our continuing effort to improve our products, specifications and/or packaging may change.  B2B Direct will make every effort to keep our web site updated with current specifications.

    SALES TAX

    B2BDirect charges sales tax for any order that is shipped within the state of Colorado. 

    SHIPPING & HANDLING

    Shipping and handling charges will be calculated at the time of your order and added to your order total.

    Shipping and Handling Charges as of October 2002:

    • Under $50 = $3.95

    • $51 - $100 = 7% of product total

    • $101-$200 = 6% of product total

    • Over $200 = FREE SHIPPING within the continental United States

    WARRANTY/LIABILITY

    • Original branded products to be returned for any reason must be received in our warehouse within 20 days to receive credit.
    • B2B Direct, Jetfill® brand and other compatible products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 180 days from the date of shipment.
    • This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Additional legal rights may vary from state to state.
    • B2B Direct's sole obligation under the warranty is to credit your account or replace the product in question.
    • All warranties, whether expressed or implied, are hereby disclaimed and negated including the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
    • Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
    • B2B Direct assumes no liability whatsoever for incidental or consequential damage that may arise from the use of the products we manufacture.

    PRICES

    • Product prices are displayed in the B2B Direct online store.
    • Due to rapidly changing market conditions, all prices are subject to change without notice.
    • All products will be invoiced at the price prevailing on the date of order.

    RETURNS

    • To return product for defects, incorrect orders, incorrect shipments, or any other reason, a Return Authorization (RA) is required. Please notify our Customer Service department to request a Return Authorization.
    • Please provide information regarding the nature of the problem, the invoice number under which the merchandise was purchased and the date of the invoice of the product in question.
    • A Return Authorization number may only be used one time and only for the items and quantities specified under the RA.
    • Returns will not be authorized for merchandise shipped more than 180 days prior to notification on compatible products or 20 days on original branded products.
    • B2B Direct will NOT accept or process any returns made without proper authorization.
    • Product must be returned in its original packaging and must be in good condition.
    • Stock balancing, including exchange of merchandise for that purpose, must be requested within 90 days of the date of purchase.
    • A 15% restocking charge may be applied to any returned product that proves to be free of defects in material and workmanship, ordered in error or for stock balancing.
    • Products deemed to be beyond the warranty date, totally used, not ours, or for which credit is not to be issued will be held for 14 days. Customers will be contacted and may request return shipment at their own expense.
    • All decisions made by B2B on returned products are final.
    • Special orders for non-standard products may not be returned for credit.
    • Credit will be applied to the original form of payment (credit card or bank account)

    SHORT SHIPMENTS

    Please notify our Customer Service department of any short shipments within 15 days of the dated invoice.
